Acceptance

By creating a Paginote account, you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, please don't use the app.

Your account

You need an Apple or Google account to sign in. You're responsible for keeping that account secure.

Your content

Scores you import and annotations you create remain yours. You grant Paginote only the license needed to store and display them on your device so the app can function.

Acceptable use

Only import content that is legal and that you have the right to use. Don't use Paginote to store or share illegal content, or anything you don't own or have permission to use.

No warranty

Paginote is provided "as is," without warranty of any kind. We don't guarantee the app will be error-free.

Liability

Paginote helps you organise and display your own files, and you're responsible for keeping your own backups. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we're not liable for any loss or damage arising from your use of the app — including lost or corrupted scores, annotations, or other data. Nothing in these terms limits any liability that can't be excluded under applicable law.

Termination

You can delete your account at any time, directly in the app, and stop using Paginote whenever you like. We may suspend accounts that violate these terms.

Changes

We may update these terms as the app evolves. When we do, we'll update the date shown above, and we'll let you know about any significant changes. Continuing to use Paginote after an update means you accept the revised terms.
